Have the child pick a color and create a page with a header following the text pattern, “Blue, blue, EVERYWHERE!” Have the child brainstorm objects from their daily life that are blue and write it down on the page. Keep going with the primary colors (red, blue, yellow), the colors of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo/dark blue, purple), and beyond (pink, gold, silver, teal, etc.).
