Make a Weather Chart
On a large piece of paper, create a graph with the date on the Y-Axis and different weather phenomena for your region (sun, clouds, wind, rain, snow) on the X-Axis. Every day, have the child mark the weather conditions for that date on the graph. After a week or a month, ask the child to look at the data and tell you about any patterns that they see.
