Asset 2@3x-1There are two ways to go about teaching: (1) close your door and, within limits, teach the way you know and like; (2) become part of a learning community that actively pursues a common vision. The first choice avoids criticism and the time needed for collaboration, but it limits your growth and opportunities for your students to benefit from the community.
