Homes and Adjectives
Brainstorm with the child as an interactive or shared writing exercise to create a list of vocabulary describing how they feel about their home (for example, cozy, noisy, fun, loving, messy, warm). Invite children to pick three of the words and draw a picture that represents that word for them.
