Explore Nursery Rhymes

Explore Nursery Rhymes

Use the internet to find nursery rhymes from cultures other than your own. Read the nursery rhymes with the child, or listen to songs together. Have the child write down the nursery rhymes and nursery songs that you explore, and also which nursery rhymes and nursery songs from your own culture that seem similar. Discuss some of the similarities and differences between the nursery rhymes you find.
