Learn About Creative Problem Solvers

Have the student use the Internet or reference books to research child or young adult inventors or community organizers from history. Invite the student to pick one, and to write about who that person is, what problem they sought to solve, the challenges they faced, and ultimately how they found a solution. When the student thinks about the challenges, would they have approached the issue in a different way? What has the legacy of that problem solver been?
