Listen to Music
Talk with the child about how we all feel many different emotions and our feelings are changing all the time. One thing that has the power to change the way we feel is music. Play a variety of musical selections that clearly match or express different moods and conjure different feelings, like happiness, excitement, silliness, or sadness. After each song, talk about how the music makes you both feel.
