Listen to Music
Talk with children about how we all feel many different emotions and our feelings are changing all the time. One thing that has the power to impact the way we feel is music. Play a variety of musical selections that clearly match or express different moods and conjure different feelings, like happiness or sadness. Ask the children to sit and listen and talk about how the music makes them feel.
